The thing is after all these years, Vindictus is still hands down the best action MMORPG as literally no other game has come close to it's unique and engaging combat system. The combat isn't really frame-perfect like Vindictus but I think the mechanics requirement is making up for it. You also farming dungeon for gears, bosses require certain mechanics to be able to pass. If you want to find something that somehow, somewhere Vindictus-like, I recommend Blade and Soul. Because either you one-shot mobs down with strong enough gears, or you get killed because you're in the wrong farm area. And while in animation, the characters have Super Armor (decrease dmg taken), Frontal Block/Forward Guard (negate dmg coming from the front), and invincible (iFrame). BDO on the other hand, there are skills that gives status resistance with long animation. Vindictus force you to perfect dodge, block, frame perfect. Both have high speed combat pace and non-stop action, but that's it. The combat pace is probably the only thing that resemblance the two.
So, if you want a non-buggy Vindictus in BDO, I'm afraid you're gonna get disappointed. BDO is a large scale MMO, not solely focus on the combat aspect, and offer many many sides activities, while Vindictus is a heavily combat focus game, with the only way to get money, item is too constantly doing battle, grind, and repeat. Comparing BDO and Vindictus is a weird thing to do.
